How'd you do it! Seriously, I've been without a scale but then I always go buy one...a better one than I had before lol. I've never really gotten rid of a scale and felt liberated. When I read this my eyes popped out of my head like, WHY NOT ME!!!??? lol
I never had a scale at home, the temptation is too overwhelming and I hear my sister all the time telling me how much she weights, she is constantly weighing herself. I only use the scale when I go to my routine visits at the doctors. What works for me? I rely on my clothes, if they're getting too snuggy then I know i'm gaining, if they're loose then I know i'm doing something right
slump, progress is not 3 digits on a scale...the progress comes from within unsaid, i have been doing a lot of "me work", and just did it! tired of the crap ya know d and chris, yes, i can monitor my progress by how i'm feeling and how i feel in my clothes...no elastic bands though lol

Keep the scale, it will act a as instrument to remind you of the progress, change. The liberation lies within you knowing work is never in vain...
